The Arizona Medical Board has ousted its longtime executive director after a report accused her of violating state laws and rules. Lisa Wynn's termination came during a Saturday meeting and after the board chairman called on Wynn to resign. Wynn's attorney Tim Nelson says the report did not prove the public was at risk. He adds Wynn was acting in the best interest of the agency. The board earlier had decided to let Wynn keep her job with a letter of reprimand.
