Arrests Made After Shop Lifters Use Pepper Spray On Store Employees

handcuffs2The Yuma Police Department is on the lookout for one of four suspects in connection with the robbery of Food City on West Eighth Street on Saturday afternoon.  Police say the suspects walked into the store and used pepper spray. 

The four male suspects attempted to shoplift items from the store and when they were confronted by store employees, they used pepper spray to escape. 

The vehicle the suspects fled in was later located at Gateway Park.  Three of the suspects were at the park and arrested.  They are identified as 19-year-old Jeremy Rose, 20-year-old Rafael Garcia-Camuzano and 23-year-old William Murrietta.  All three are charged with Aggravated Robbery and Aggravated Assault. 

Police are still seeking 23-year-old Pedro Garcia of Yuma.  Garcia is a Hispanic Male, standing five-foot, five-inches tall, weighing 130 pounds, with a shaved head, brown eyes and wearing a small moustache.  He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, denim shorts and black Converse sneakers. 

If he is seen, police ask that you do not approach the subject, but to call police.
