Police Continue Search For Suspects Involved In Friday’s Hit and Run

Police Identify Body Of Wellton Woman Found In Tree Grove


Police have positively identified a body found in a grove of trees over the weekend.  The Yuma Police Department says they were notified of the body on Friday morning.  It is that of 29-year-old Christal Figueroa of Wellton.  Figueroa’s body was found near the corner of Avenue Two-E and County 17th Avenue.  Police are investigating the incident as a homicide.  ...
