Arizona State Earns A Shot At The Rose Bowl

Arizona State has found a way to finish and it has earned the Sun Devils a shot at the Rose Bowl. Once a team that could not seem to finish games or a season, Number Eleven Arizona State has been a strong finisher this season. Bouncing back from tough losses to Stanford and Notre Dame, the Sun Devils have won seven straight, their longest winning streak since opening the 2007 season with eight consecutive wins.

Unofficial City Council Election Results Released

The unofficial results of the Yuma City Council election have been released. There are an estimated 815 ballots that remain to be counted. Gary Knight led all candidates with 52% of the vote. Agents from the Blythe Border Patrol Station arrested a Jamaican national smuggling 72 lbs of marijuana on I-10 on Monday. Former Border Patrol Agent Sentenced To Prison After Admitting To Passing Sensitive Information To Drug Smugglers

A former Border Patrol agent who admitted to passing sensor maps, codes to unlock gates, and other sensitive information to drug smugglers has been sentenced to 15 years in prison.
