Police Identify Body Found Over The Weekend

Police have positively identified the body found over the weekend. 19-year old Jazmin Serrano was found Sunday afternoon in the 8200 block of Yavapai Lane. Upon arrival, Yuma County Sheriff’s Deputies and Rural Metro Personnel determined the female to be deceased. The incident is currently under investigation by Sheriff’s Office Investigators. Appeal Denied For Arizona Death-Row Inmate

A federal appeals court has turned down an Arizona death-row inmate's appeal.   The Ninth United States Circuit Court of Appeals' ruling upholds a trial judge's earlier decision to deny an appeal on behalf of David Gulbrandson. Grand Canyon Receives Refund For Money Used During Government Shutdown

Maricopa County Attorney’s Office Appeals Federal Judge’s Ruling On Immigrant Smuggling
