Border Patrol Finds Abandoned Backpacks Containing Close To $100,000 In Marijuana

Border-Patrol-PatchUnited States Border Patrol agents from the Yuma Sector discovered 196-pounds of marijuana Saturday afternoon.

Agents patrolling five miles east of Papago Well on the Camino Del Diablo road found seven abandoned burlap backpacks filled with nearly $100,000 worth of marijuana. 

A search of the immediate area produced no additional contraband or subjects.
