Man Pleads Guilty To Second Degree Murder


A man who shot and killed a Winterhaven man last year pled guilty as part of a plea agreement on Wednesday. 21 year old Michael Rose is guilty of Second Degree murder and will be sentenced next month. Phoenix police say a 15 year old boy has been arrested in the killing of a Maricopa County detention officer who was shot in his own driveway Wednesday.
