Customers Asked To Verify City Utility Bills

Verify-BillYuma City service bills being mailed this week will alert customers to upcoming changes in their account numbers that will take effect in mid-May. 

City water, sewer and residential solid waste customers will be asked to be sure their account numbers on their bills from May thereafter match the account numbers on file with any automated payment service they use.  The City's online and automated phone payment system will go offline on May 7th and remain off through May 14th, when the City activates new utility billing software.  

Customers particularly need to pay close attention if their bills come due on or before May 7th to May 13th.
