One Man In Custody For Alleged Shooting Over The Weekend

One man is in custody following an alleged shooting over the weekend. The Yuma Police Department says 50-year-old Barry Douglas Todd of Yuma was arrested at the LZ Bar and Grill after he shot 33-year-old Ryan Hyatt of Yuma. Todd and Hyatt got into an argument Friday night outside the bar and that is when witnesses say shots rang out. Hyatt is in critical condition at Yuma Regional Medical Center. Todd appeared in court on charges of one count of Attempted First Degree Murder and two counts of Aggravated Assault. He is being held on a $300,000 bond.
