Authorities say a Phoenix woman is accused of child abuse for allegedly leaving her infant daughter inside an apartment so she could go out drinking. Police say Lyronda Tsosie's one year old girl was found on a north Phoenix street about 2am Monday. They say the baby was barefoot and in a nightgown in 46 degree weather. Tsosie admitted to drinking prior to leaving her home and told police she wanted to go get some more drinks. When Tsosie returned to the apartment, police say she was extremely intoxicated and had a blood-alcohol level of 0.27%. Police say Tsosie's daughter apparently walked out the unlocked door. Officers searched for several hours for the infant's parents before Tsosie was located.
