Authorities say a teenager has been arrested in Canada for allegedly threatening Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his family for the second time. Sheriff's officials say the 16-year-old boy was taken into custody Tuesday night by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police in Alberta. The teen's name was not immediately released. Sheriff's officials say another threat was received Sunday in which the juvenile claimed to be in Phoenix and allegedly planning to burn down Arpaio's home.
