Teens Arrested On Burglary Charges

Giovanni-CinquemaniTwo suspects are in custody after police found the pair allegedly leave a residence with someone’s belongings.  

The Yuma County Sheriff’s Office says 18-year-old Giovanni Cinquemani and a 16-year-old female were seen by a patrol officer Wednesday morning entering and then exiting a home by jumping a fence in the 11000 block of East Via Salida in the foothills. 

Both suspects were later found hiding behind a shed in the back yard of the residence.  They also admitted burglarizing two vehicles in the Mesa Del Sol subdivision.  Cinquemani was charged with burglary, theft, possession of stolen property and criminal trespassing and was booked in the Yuma County Detention Center.  The juvenile is also charged the same but was booked into the Yuma County Juvenile Justice Center.
