Wallet Stolen In Armed Robbery On South Third Ave.

Ski-Mask-robberThe Yuma Police Department says they are looking into an Armed Robbery from this past weekend. 

On Friday night, several suspects, one armed with a shotgun, approached a person walking on South Third Avenue.  The suspects demanded the victim’s wallet.  After receiving the items, the suspects fled the scene. 

The suspect with the shotgun was described as a male of unknown race, wearing a black ski mask, and all-black clothing.  The suspect vehicle is described as a white-in-color, 1990’s model Ford Explorer, unknown license plate, with a luggage rack on the top and a black stripe down the entire length of the vehicle. 

It is unknown at this time the total amount of money that was taken from the victim.  No one was hurt during this incident.
